Got an email from a hiring manager about an interview. I sent my available times, followed up twice, and never heard back. Really frustrating and a total waste of time.

The interview was a 30-minute virtual conversation that focused on general questions about my background, along with additional details provided by the interviewer regarding the role. I felt the discussion was progressing well, so I was somewhat surprised when it concluded rather abruptly at the scheduled half-hour mark, which led me to question how I was being evaluated. Following the interview, I sent a thank-you email but did not receive a response. While I understand that hiring processes can be busy, the lack of follow-up was disappointing. Prior to the interview, I had come across some negative reviews about the company, and unfortunately, my experience aligns with those concerns.
