Interview was at their regional headquarters in Arizona. They will had a math test to vet you first and see if you are capable of basic stocking and logistics. I sat in the lobby and then was taken back to their board room which was capable of sitting around 50 people. There was just myself and the interviewer. He sat next to me and wrote down my answers. There was a lot of hypothetical and situational questions. He asked about previous management and supervisory experience.

Simple interview. Make sure you have scenarios that showcase your customer service skills as that is an important aspect of the job. Also dress for success even if you are applying for part time. Most of the teens that interviewed alongside me were not dressed professionally

Asked a handful of questions, was very nice. Got good information about the job but still a little curious about what the overall pay would be. Hoping to get more clarification on that soon.

Entretien
Fast and straight to the point. You will walk in and be given a sheet of paper to fill out the rest of your application on the computers provided. You will be given some math problems but you’ll be able to use a calculator. After that they will have you fill out another form and proceed to be interviewed by one HR person before they let you know if you’re hired or not. If your schedule is fully open and you are flexible and don’t have too many restrictions, they will more than likely extend you an offer especially if you answer the questions right.
