Initial communication was good but they do not seem to have a streamlined recruiting process in place. Had a few random introductory conversations and then just decided to go with other candidates without any specific reason. Overall a very disappointing experience. I was definitely excited about the work that they do but got arrogant vibes as if they think they are better than other firms out there. Out of tune with reality. Would not recommend anyone with any decent Consulting experience.
