The manager asks a couple of basic personality questions to get a gauge on how capable you are of speaking with customers on a daily basis. Think "what are your strengths and weakness", "how do you work with a team". It seems slightly improvised.

A few questions like tell me about a time when you were apart of a team and tell me about a time when you succeeded. Additionally, they made sure that you were able to work during the shift hours which are either 6 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm - 6 am

In person at the location, it was a fairly quick interview designed not to see if you were a good fit for the role but rather why you would not be. Hard to fail, desperate.
