Interviews are fair but discussion after interview is childish and unprofessional some guy with no tech experience will tell you what you are earning is more than what you deserve with little or no evaluation. I bet him to write hello world. This particular person are very ppl who are unnecessarily paying less to candidates when it is not even from their pocket dont waste your time with this company if this is the case before joining. They literally offered me 30% less what I am earning just say no if you can’t. Maybe pain point is asking more than they earn. I had rejections and I accepted them all but this was different and unnecessarily harsh. Seems like this company needs to learn alot about people.
Simply reject them.

good experience by giving the interview. overall it went well. Very professional and on to point. Asked questions clearly and let me think for while to present the answer. Given good feedbacks and have given some suggestions as well
