It's good to interact with the people's work in there, and friendly approach throughout the sessions. Best thing is that i got the selection and complete the training. After the technical round there is another few rounds like, Group discussion, HR interview, etc.

It’s a 3 level process. One Aptitude test to test basic problem-solving and logical thinking, then a technical round to assess technical expertise and problem-solving ability. 3rd round is HR round.
