A recruiter contacts you and sets up a phone interview to ask the basic background and experience questions. They then call you in for an interview and they ask you how you would handle different situations. They want to know if you have any experience in the health care field and your ability to work on a dual monitor computer. They have multiple software systems that you have to learn and they question you about your experience with them.

Seems like they interview many people, but it was relatively quick. They focused a lot on how you handle high volume and high stress work environments. I was asked about the order of draw so know that!

You wait in the waiting room, then meet and greet, and simply sit in an office and begin the interview. Very few questions were asked and the majority of the time the interviewer is explaining different parts of the job! It’s more of a an opportunity to get a feel for the type of person you are. But I can’t promise this because I think it depends on who is interviewing you. My advice is just be genuine , honest, and sincere. Don’t stress out too much about saying the right thing because the interviewer will usually be able to tell when you are extremely nervous or not being honest.
