Phone interview and then an in person interview about a week later. The phone interview was with recruiter. The in person was with the sup and her team lead. Very laid back and easy.

I applied for a remote position and scheduled the virtual interview 2 days out. They were late for the interview, didn’t turn on their cameras, and asked where I lived since it’s actually not remote but on-site. I live hundreds of miles away. This could have been figured out way before. Complete waste of my time and unprofessional.
