Entretien
Initial phone screen was done by the in-house recruiter to establish a baseline. A second phone interview with the hiring manager was scheduled and completed 2 weeks later. Next, I met with the hiring manager in Sacramento for a face to face 2 hr in depth interview. Following that, I met with both the hiring manager and the Regional VP for a final interview and Q&A session. A background check was started after I signed and returned their offer letter. At this time, I also was required to complete a drug screen. 2 weeks later I was officially hired and working full time.
