The interview would be best described as average difficulty in ability to confidently answer questions and provide satisfactory responses that would put you in a strong position for higher consideration. Experience in the industry is a major plus and former experience in Continuous Process Improvement of any kind can go a long way as this is strongly encouraged and valued across the various entities and departments within the org.

Normal interview process with phone interview then onsite interview. I interviewed with a manager, the director I would be working for and two others from departments that I would be working closely with. I did not get to interview with the staff that would be reporting to me. This was concerning to me. I would like to meet the people that would be working for me to see if our personalities mesh.
