of course asked what i did for my previous employer and how many hours per week i worked. explained i drew blood on patients and labeled all specimens, making sure they were ready for pickup and counted with correct patient name and time plus test.

I sent my resume and answered a questionnaire through a career website and got an interview request the next day. Set up an interview a couple of days later. Interviewer was friendly and described the job and asked relevant questions.
