The interview process consists of multiple sessions with recruiters and engineers (some engineers also from departments other than those corresponding to the position). Quantum Systems has a digital booking systems for all of these interviews, which allows to select a time slot conveniently (instead of 1-2 proposed slots as done by some other companies). Quantum Systems also mentions to you before the purpose / subject of the various interviews and always communicates what are the next steps.

Der Bewerbungsprozess begann mit einem ersten HR-Screening, gefolgt von einer anspruchsvollen Aufgabe zur Beurteilung relevanter Fähigkeiten. Anschließend folgte ein technisches Interview und zum Abschluss eine umfassende dreistündige Vor-Ort-Sitzung mit verschiedenen Teammitgliedern.

Mir wurden verschiedene ausführliche C++-Fragen gestellt, um mein Verständnis zu überprüfen, nicht nur zu C++, sondern auch dazu, wie es hinter der Haube funktioniert.

Entretien
I applied online. The process took 4 months, during which I had two online interviews, one with HR and another technical with live coding. They also invited me for an onsite interview, which was mostly technical, I got a few behavioral questions about my previous experience and approach to solve problems. I had a launch with the team and a tour around the office. The interview process took a while, but the communication during it was clear and I overall had a positive experience.
