First interview was with People and Culture, it was conversational. It was followed by group interview with other candidates, and then final interview with hiring manager. I interviewed in 2015 in Melbourne Australia. Overall experience was positive.
very slow interview process. Recruitment team called me on the day of my final interview to tell me that the interviewer is quite busy today and would like to push back the interview to a different day two weeks from then. What i thought was a good move and would give the interviewer a favour by alleviating his stresses led to the interviewer never being officially logged as being postponed, leaving me with no reply for 2 months till i had to reach out.
