There were 4 process. 1st round was aptitude which I cleared and reach to GD , As I got the GD topic only I spoke throughout the GD but I didn't recieve the mail so I enquired from the TPO of my college why I was not taken then they told it was done by mistake. Then I did 3 round of technical interview which acc to me was good and I even ask the recruiter how was my interview, so they said it was amazing and they really like my profile. I reached to 4th Round tbat is final Har round where again the HR asked just one question that is "Do you have any questions for us". I asked about the productivity of the company while working from home and the HR said okay thank you so much for the interview. For all the rejected people they had sent rejection mail but I didnt got neither the rejection mail nor congratulations mail. The next day result was announced where my name was not there. I was shocked because we are told if you reach till hr round and hr doesn't ask you anything that means its a formality round and you're selected. Then I enquired from my friends who all appeared for the same profile and I understood that the company had not selected a single person for that profile. Question arises why did you bring that profile when you were not looking to hire? Atleadt we had applied for other profile and work hard to crack them.
