Straight forward. We did the interview over Skype. I spoke with my Operations Manager and the Program manager. The offered me a job that day. Sent the offer letter with in a few hours. They also allowed me to finish my current job out. I was offered the job in the beginning of September and I started working around the middle of November right after Veterans day. Completed all of my medical requirements before starting.
