Entretien
The interview is separated into 2 parts: 1st part is the English reading/listening assessment similar to IELTS, and 2nd part is the 1:1, face-to-face on-site interview with a senior employee and the department manager. The whole interview process took about 2 hours (1st part took about 1.5 hours, and 2nd part took 30 mins).

On site interview with hiring manager. Focus on the role related knowledge and enthusiasm about the position. You are still invited to the interview even without the head count (said by the hiring manager after the interview)

Applied thru referral, and got the email from hr for interview availability. Got the interview and talk to the manager, the manager was pretty chilled and friendly. Interview was mostly about my resume and past experiences. Got the offer 2 days later.
