The interview was through a recommendation. Gav managed to arrange the interview within a few days. As it was a hot day, we took a walk and got coffee. Much better than sitting in a stuffy room. The style was incredibly informal in fact very casual, allowing me to be my self and also understand what the team would be like out of the office. All in all, I was left refreshed and excited. Gav had an excellent approach with strong industry knowledge, it's obvious he cares about what he crafts. All in which I felt his professionalism and energy was a reflection of his team.
