applied online and got a call from the recruiter. Recruiter phone screen and a hiring manager round. the HM round was technical and behavioral. Recruiters don't do a good job here of keeping you informed what kind of an interview it's going to be so be prepared.

How did you diagnose, quantify, and address it? What was the impact and plan going forward?

Entretien
Got a call from a recruiter wanting to talk to me about opportunities at Qualtrics. He found me via Hired.com - he set up a phone screen to talk to me.. but his questions were not based on any behavior perspectives in management or even to talk to me about why I might be interested in Qualtrics.. the questions seemed like they came from a typical 'script' of canned questions. He asked them as if I had gone to their jobs site to talk to them.. NOT as it had actually transpired which was him contacting *me* about coming to work FOR Qualtrics.
