I applied online and then they setup a phone interview. It was frustrating because I didn't interview with an engineer. The person I interviewed with didn't know what she was talking about so I didn't feel like it was a good test of my skills. She was saying certain things about the Computer Science program at BYU but was wrong, she was nice - but didn't know much.
