There was an initial phone screen, and interviews with 4 team members over a few weeks and then a final interview with the hiring manager. I felt that the interviews were all rushed and I wasn’t able to ask many questions at the end. A lot of the questions were the same in each interview and it felt a bit tense. I wish it was more conversational as the interviewee isn’t able to ask many questions. I found out after two weeks of them ghosting me and telling me they will know something soon, that I did not get the role via an email.
