The hiring manager reached out to me via Linkedin and asked me to apply for the position. I had a video interview with another manager in Salt Lake City, then was brought in house for an interview. The Hiring Manager told me the whole team was really excited for me, and that I would have 3 more interviews - one with his manager, then his manager's manager, then his manager's manager's manager (which seemed like overkill). After telling them I had another pending offer but that I was still interested in Qualtrics and wanted more info on timelines, both the recruiter and hiring manager completely ghosted me. I had a positive interview experience up to this point, but getting no response from either of my contacts at Qualtrics left a bitter taste in my mouth.

The interview process was pretty quick. Interview itself challenging. First interview was with the recruiter, extremely nice and helpful. After that, I had an interview with a Senior Manager and then a Case Study type interview.
