      Entretien

      The interview process is thorough, but not tedious - end to end the process took roughly 3 weeks. It starts out with an initial phone screen with a recruiter (The recruitment team at Qualtrics actually understand the products and company direction, and can provide in-depth answers which you typically won't get on a first leg of an interview process). From there you move to a video meeting with team leads and directors, all of whom are looking to get to understand who you are as a person and whether or not you will fit in with the team. This process to me seemed informal enough to be a comfortable conversation, but they will dig deep into your experience. Next step is a video conference with the VP of sales who will confirm the information passed along to him from the directors and recruiter, this is a more formalized business conversation and was a very positive experience. If this goes well you will be moved along to the final stage of the interview. Final stage is an on-site interview, Q will fly you out to HQ and put you up in a hotel that faces the mountains which will win you over from the moment you touchdown in Salt Lake. On site interview is more of an informal process, where you get an opportunity to know the people you will be working with and more importantly, they will get to know you. During this time I met with 7 different people throughout the day all of whom I knew I would get along with within 2-minutes of speaking with them. The office is very welcoming and the on-site visit planned out to the minute, you can tell they put a tremendous amount of effort into ensuring the visit is a positive experience all the way around (which it was). Prior to departure I had a final meeting with the head of recruiting and was offered the job on the spot, and had all the details of the offer coming my way laid out to ensure I was on board with what they would be offering me.
