Entretien
Two Qualtrics recruiters reached out to me on LinkedIn. One arranged a phone conversation with what I assume is a higher-level recruiter for a phone screen, where I was scheduled to interview. I was not a good fit for that role, so on speaking with the recruiter again I received feedback, and recommendations for different positions.
Later, I reached out again to the recruiter about a different role and had another interview with a different team. I thought the interview went quite well and was a good fit for my skills. After a week I sent the recruiter a followup email and promptly received a generic "we've moved on with other candidates" robot email. I asked for feedback from the recruiter and was told they can't give it at this time in the process, despite having given it the first time.
Now when I apply to any position I receive the same generic robot email, despite the position still not being filled as of August. I have a couple of contacts who work at Qualtrics who have tried making referrals for me through recruiting but have been turned down.
Qualtrics seems like a great company to work for but this interview process was an utterly bizarre and frustrating experience.
