Extremely unprofessional. Person conducting the interview was actually late in starting the interview. During the interview process, same individual paused the interview to step out her office to attend to another matter. After returning she took a phone call and then stopped the interview and handed me off to another person. Overall, it seems that they had very little to no idea of what a person in the position they were interviewing for actually does. I received a non-offer response which, thankfully, saves me the time and effort of having to reject an offer if they would have provided one. If this process is any indication of how this company is run, stay away.
