It's a 3 steps interview, overall it was a nice experience - HR phone call of ~ 30 mins where you talk about your resume, salary expectations, questions like "Please tell me 3 of your best qualities" - 1h video call on Teams with 2 people, questions were mostly technical, some were based on my experience so far, a very relaxed and enjoyable conversation - discussion with final client: I didn't got to this part, I've accepted another offer meanwhile

Entretien
The Interviewer seem to have no patience to listen to answers would stop again and again and change the question. And more annoying is the HR, interview was at noon and she called me up early morning at 7 as remainder and kept on calling 10 times until interview starts. When rejected she preferred to do it on a mail rather giving a call. After so many follow ups we kind of build hopes in the job and we are turned down.

whats a defect and whats a bug ? when answered according to google also interviewer doesnt seem to be happy and when explained in own words also not satisfied.
