The interview process took less than a week. I was interviewed by a panel of 2 (- VP and Manager) as apparently they did not have individual time to spare. The questions asked were completely off topic and did not relate to the subject at hand. Also, the questions asked were subjective and opinion based, however the VP only wanted to hear what she felt was "RIGHT" Also, found them to be upright rude and arrogant.Seemed more of a stress interview where they are testing your patience! Have framed a very bad opinion about the organization as the Senior Management does not the basic courtesy to talk to an external individual. Advice- Learnt some manners and basic interview etiquette's Overall a very bad experience and even though i get an offer, i would not join.

Thank you seeking opportunity at QualiTest and sharing your honest view with regard to the interview. To avoid multiple face to face rounds of interview, where the availability of the candidates becomes a challenge, a panel discussion was conducted. Secondly, the questions asked were not completely off topic as felt by you. During the interview, we always make it a point to let the candidate know that the questions asked would be more for behavioral assessment and these questions have no right or wrong answers. It is to understand the thought process of the candidate and also to get a idea of their key strengths. For instance - To describe the process to wear seatbelt - it gives us an idea if the candidate can explain or train junior members in the team, patience to teach something as simple as wearing a seatbelt. We are sorry that things didn't materialize mutually. Wishing you good luck in your job hunt.

      Entretien

Over the course of a month, I interviewed 4 times for this entry level position. During multiple occasions, I was informed I would be offered the position, but then would be asked to "meet one more time." During/After each interview I was told how each individual felt I would be a great addition to the team... then I would be told that they would be in touch very soon to make me an offer. As previously mentioned, for an entry level job I interviewed 4 times and completed the required personality index (which I was told I passed, and was subsequently asked to interview another time). I would be contacted constantly and asked to interview last minute. Due to my interest in the position, I jumped at every opportunity until 4 weeks later when I received an email that I did not get the job. For an entry level job, this company appeared to not know what it was that they were looking for. I wish I had caught on sooner, as I wouldn't have spent a month asking "how high?" when asked to jump.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your honest feedback. While I understand your frustration with the length of the interview process, there is a reason behind it. We invest a lot in our employees; therefore, we want to make sure that we choose the right person for each position. We do this by giving our candidates the opportunity to meet with as many of their stockholders as possible. This is a two way street and serves as a way to make sure that they won’t be surprised by anything after they start working. As one of our values is “Think about what is best for the QualiTest family” we try to live by and act according to this notion in everything that we do.
