Talked to owner for half hour he talked up how working there was to be a huge success story and was perfect job for me. So he offered $11 and promised in 6 months to raise my pay to $15 then after a year raise it to $18 so I was making same as last job but he lied I never got those raises

I actually had to ask and tell him about both powder coating and graphics as he knew little and after 35 minutes of me talking he offered me the job and fired the sprayer on the sit who's job I was taking. I thought they had open job not that they were firing sone1
