First interview with the HR team from the Canadian team, then a second interview with associates in the London team, and then a 4-hour modelling test, followed by another interview with the VP in the team. You need to attend both interviews in the office, and you get zero travel reimbursement. Then, you will be ghosted for months without receiving any feedback, even though you followed up many times. Later, they opened the position again on their website. Very bad experience, especially considering you put a lot of effort into the process and deserved to receive at least a rejection email, the whole process lasted almost 3 months. Not recommended to apply, or at least do not spend too much effort on the application process, as they do not respect you at all. It is a very small team, and they basically expect you to know everything before entering the team, without offering any training.
