I didn't make it past Round 1a. The interviewer talked about his background, experiences with diversity, and how he joined the Qral Group. He asked very difficult questions. Round 1a: Behavioral Interview (30 minutes) o About the Behavioral interview: We would like to learn more about you, including your interests, experiences, and way of working, as well as provide an opportunity to learn more about Qral. Round 1b (2 days after round 1a): Analytical Interview (45 minutes) o About the Analytical interview: We will take a deep dive into your analytical experience and skills and may present you with a short analytical case (no preparation required). Case Interview (60 minutes) o About the Case interview: You will prepare and present a case presentation to a panel of 2-3 Qral team members for feedback and Q&A. The case topic and background will be shared with you in advance, and the estimated total preparation time is typically 5-6 hours. We will ask you to submit your presentation materials the day before your presentation. Market Lead Interview (30 to 45 minutes) o About the Market Lead interview: We will dig deeper into your background and career motivations and provide a forum to discuss your questions on Qral and consulting. Final Round Interview (60 minutes) • About the Final Round interview: Our interview may cover various topics, focusing on ensuring a mutual solid fit with Qral's culture and values.
