The HR reached me out on LinkedIn, we had a talk by phone, then I met (on Zoom) the head of marketing automation (hiring manager). The interview was good but she told me that the most important criteria for her is my interpersonal abilities and not my experience. I felt that this is very unprofessional, especially when the company itself reached me out for this position. Then they sent me a home assignment saying that there is no good or bad answers. The assignment was interesting and reflected the data analysis within the position, but in a way I felt that the questions are not that detailed and at the end i was right because the hiring manager asked me few precisions by email after I sent it. After few days, the HR called me and told me that the assignment wasn't that good but they still want to move forward with me. I had an interview of almost 3 hours with a detective, it was intense and the detective was late and told me that only 15 minutes before the interview. I felt that the interview was good, but then I got ANY news from Qiwi, even not an email saying that they aren't moving forward. I think that this is very un respectful for the candidate that took his time for all the hiring process.
