The recruiter was incredibly unprofessional. She strung me along for days, made me jump through every hoop-meeting the hiring manager (which went well), completing a time-consuming take-home, and even interviewing with the director of DS (also went well). And then? Total silence. No response, no rejection, nothing. If you expect candidates with full-time jobs to carve out hours for your process, the absolute bare minimum is to send a rejection. Ghosting after all that is beyond unprofessional. I wouldn’t waste my time applying here again.
