Applied online. Contacted a few days later. Had fantastic video interview with the R&D recruiter who really took the time to tell me about Qblox and understand my motivations. It was a really honest and enjoyable experience. She let me know in the call how it had gone and booked me in for a video call with the Hiring Manager a few days later. That was much more technical and I learnt about the job and the tools. Also a really positive experience. A few days later I got the best and most detailed rejection feedback I've ever had. The whole thing was a pleasure throughout and I'm really impressed. This is the difference good people and good recruitment can make because I will continue to look for vacancies there and have recommended to multiple contacts to do the same.
