I was invited to do a Sonru interview. Which means you have to record yourself answering questions using the Sonru app. Questions are not shared in advance and you cannot stop recording. Time is limited. It has been six weeks since I completed this and I have not heard anything from the airline. I find this highly unprofessional practice. They cannot be bothered to thank applicants for their time.
