Applied online and was invited to a meet and greet
there was about 50-+ people and I was asked the “tell me about yourself question” and “what do you think are the benefits of getting old” the energy of the recruiter was off and I was thorough with both answers but at the end I was told they would call me an immediately knew I was unsuccessful.

Unclear communication and an extremely cold attitude were brandished by the people in charge of interviews (who don't really identify themselves), without the slightest hint of cultural awareness of local customs for interpersonal interactions (the interview took place in Buenos Aires).

They asked about situational questions and you have to come up with solutions on how you are gonna deal with difficult situations. The interview process was long and rigorous. It is, overall, a three day process.
