After you comply with all requirements they send you an email to attend assessment day. In my story I did online recorded interview due to covid pandemic. I just had to introduce myself. Did not get any answer due to covid I’ve heard that a lot of people had stopped flying at that time.
Unclear communication and an extremely cold attitude were brandished by the people in charge of interviews (who don't really identify themselves), without the slightest hint of cultural awareness of local customs for interpersonal interactions (the interview took place in Buenos Aires).

They asked about situational questions and you have to come up with solutions on how you are gonna deal with difficult situations. The interview process was long and rigorous. It is, overall, a three day process.
