I got the mail from the Career team that there will be a telephonic interviw on the date given. It was a panel of 3 ppl as listed in the mail. But when the call was ongoing 1x3 the panel was totally different from the list mentioned. That one biggest flaw. Also the panel had put the call on speaker and they were speaking as if they were far away. At some point I had to ask them to repeat an so on.
