Applied online, and didn't get an interview invitation till about 2 MONTHS later! The web video interview asked a few questions about my previous work history and I didn't hear anything from them after that for weeks. Since it takes so long for them to reply to me and review my application, clearly I was just a number to them in their recruitment process - and this clearly shows what working for the company is like. As a result, I withdrew my application.
