I sent in my application online through their career portal. Received an email notification about a telephone interview. Initial phone interview was between a Commercial manager and HR Specialist. After about a week, I was informed that they had shortlisted me for an in person interview in Doha. They processed all my travelling requirements and during the interview I met a panel of 4 (different HR specialist).
