The interviewer called 5 to 10 minutes after my scheduled time. The interviewer sounded as if she was in a highway tunnel, her voice was monotone, distorted and echoed (as if I was on speaker phone), I heard loud typing in the background as well. She was very robotic, fast and straight to the point. I felt like I was listening to an infomercial at a horse race next to an hour glass. That was the only difficult part of the interview since she was not in a quiet, distraction, noise free environment like the company wanted the candidate to be in for the interview!! I had to ask her to repeat some of the questions or what she said because of the environment she chose to conduct the interview in! I would rate her interview skills an F (for the lack of etiquette). I Aced the interview and got an offer in the phone! After the interview, I received an offer letter but I found out there was a unnecessary micro-management technical requirement that wasn't listed on the job ad so I declined the offer! Upon doing further research I made the right choice because there's an unreasonable metric that is pushed above anything else, which is being off the phone with a customer in 2 minutes top (which is why there's a high turn-over rate) and extremely hard to balance your AHT while trying to provide quality personable service which is what Customer Service means. You may as well change the job title to "Client Sales Representative" by pushing that metric because it becomes about the bottom line, the client and sales! If that's how it's going to be just contract an AI/automated technology call center!
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The same basic antiquated customer service and technical questions: Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer how did you handle it what did you do etc? What was something your company put in place that you didn't agree with how did you handle it and what was your feedback etc Some technical questions included: What would you do if your internet goes out before you call your ISP? Where do you find your anti-virus and how do you run a scan?
The interview only took ten to fifteen minutes on the phone. Questions consisted of asking about experience. Very easy process. Interviewer was kind and explained job duties and expectations. Great company with decent pay and benefits.

They call you from a # that is blocked by your phone carrier. You have to call your carrier and tell them to unblock it. That’s the 1st issue. Next when you have the interview it is NOT an interview. All this lady did was ask me about what happens if I lose internet, or power? I explained duh I reach out to my Supervisor and alert them ASAP. What if it’s down for long periods of time, uhm same thing. Then I hop back on to make up my time and work. Then I was asked what’s hardwired and wifi? Like how is this an interview? Nothing about my CSR experience, references, nada. Only asking me questions about my Internet. I then received the we went with other candidates who closely match our needs.
So you dismiss someone based off what? Who can control if their internet goes down? Lmfaoooo
This interview process was a JOKE! Maybe focus on my CSR experience, and confirm how a hard worker I am, responsible, respected and top performer. Nope… this was not asked about or done.

Question 1
The interviewer STACY asked about my Internet? Then she reworded the question but still the same question ? What happens if it goes down, or I lose power?
