Here are the highlights of my interview experience:
I applied through Linkedin.
HR contacted me in a week and we went over the job description and salary range info.
In less than a week, I spoke with the hiring manager for an hour over the phone to see if we clicked or not.
In a week, they invited me for an onsite interview.
Face to face interview was short with the hiring manager as he had a fire drill that he needed to take care of. It took around 15 minutes with him.
I also met with two other managers at the same time (after I met with the hiring manager). They were nice and did not ask many technical questions, they mostly focused on my past experiences. It took 30 minutes with them.
Lastly, I met with the head of the department. It took another 30 minutes. Totally, it lasted less than 1.5 hours.
In less than a week, I got the offer for slightly less than what I was hoping for. They did not stretch the upper salary range.

The interview process was very comprehensive. I went through a phone screen, then two rounds of in person meetings. Every one who attended the interviews seemed well-prepared and was able to clearly answer all of my questions. The interviewers were extremely knowledgeable about the company and the position and were able to accurately describe the day to day life in the role.

Question 1
The most difficult part of the process was the time spent in the face-to-face interviews without a break. Three-four hours of time is a lot!
