They came to a career fair at my school. I talked to them and handed my resume. The recruiters were very nice. I got a call back couple days later for an in person interview. From the start to finish the process was great. They told me everything i would expect working for the position i was applying for. Their campus looked amazing. There were three groups of interviewers. First was technical, second was just a chat with a manager and third was with a HR talent recruiter.

Technical questions were easy to answer if you knew what you learned in school. Talking to the manager was like a regular conversation about the company and about yourself. The HR person talked about the company's goals and benefits.

It was a three round interview. The first round was with two employees who asked me basic personality questions. The second round was with an HR person who went over employee perks like benefits and vacation time. The third round with two managers who asked more technical questions. The process took 90 minutes total.
