I applied through a staffing agency. They gave my resume to QVC and liked it. They called in for an interview and asked many questions like why I am interested, My strengths, weakness, what I know about the company, few examples of work done at a deadline and so on. They discussed with the team and called me back a week later. I got the jib.

15-20 minute interview. They ask you what your weaknesses are, why they should hire you. This job was temp job through Xmas season. Call customers and confirm credit fraud is or isn't correct.
