Typical recruiter screen followed by Zoom interview with hiring manager. I sat on the Zoom for about 10 minutes and nearly left and emailed the recruiter before the hiring manager finally joined. Did not seem very apologetic. The first impression was their time is more valuable than mine.

CCAT test followed by a phone screen and onsite interview. Process was fast- took test on Sunday, phone interview Weds, on-site Friday midday, offer by COB Friday. Questions included multiple logic puzzles, some “given this software/website/equipment, why kind of testing would you do” questions, and some questions about my current work.
