Following this, I made multiple attempts via email to reschedule the interview. The recruiter promised a response the next day but failed to follow through, leaving me without further communication or explanation.
This experience was frustrating and reflected poorly on the company's hiring practices. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the lack of timely communication and failure to reschedule demonstrate a concerning disregard for potential candidates.
