All interviews were done over Zoom. First, I spoke with the recruiter, and then had a second interview with the hiring manager. I was then asked to do a written assignment. Finally, I interviewed with three members of the marketing team. The recruiter was excellent to work with throughout the process, kept me in the loop, and kept the process moving. Until the end. What really turned this experience from positive to negative was the auto-generated rejection email I received after interviewing with 5 people at the company and completing an assignment. After all of the time and effort that goes into preparing for interviews, completing assignments, etc., I felt like the auto-email was such a cop-out. I reached out to the recruiter to ask for feedback and was told that they didn't have any feedback for me, they had just decided to go with a candidate who had some more specific experience. Fine, understandable. However, a day later, I saw the job posted again on LinkedIn.
