Easiest , contract jobs, 2 rounds only takes around 6 hrs for whole interview process . Hr which are calling have no clear idea about role etc . Mostly place you in contract job and ruined your career . If you dnt have any option please stay with company with less salary bt don't go for contract job offer by them
