I had a terrible experience with the interview process at this company. After successfully clearing all the interview rounds, they put the position on hold without any clear communication. Despite multiple follow-ups, the HR team was completely unresponsive for weeks. When I finally managed to get in touch with HR, I was offered a meager 5% salary hike, despite being promised a 40% hike before the interview process began. This feels like a huge waste of my time and energy, especially given the long and unprofessional delays throughout the process. Overall, I found the HR department to be inefficient, misleading, and lacking basic communication skills. I wouldn't recommend engaging with this company if you're looking for a smooth, transparent hiring process.
