I applied for a job at a new site and submitted my application. I was then called in for a face-to-face meeting with the manager and assistant manager, both of whom were friendly. The next stage was an interview with the Microsoft team, which required me to prepare a PT business plan beforehand. During the interview process, I met with the internal recruitment manager and local manager. I answered a few questions, and they informed me of the outcome a few days later. The next day, I was contacted by the internal recruitment manager. He was supposed to call me but instead dragged it out and asked me more questions before finally telling me that I was unsuccessful. He gave the reason that I lacked experience, which I found laughable. However, I did not entertain him with further questions. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I have no intention of applying for a position at Pure Gym in the future.
