A 30 to 60 minute phone interview was followed by a shadowing day. There were up to 3 additional interviews. Normal interview questions were asked, and not behavioral interview questions. Some questions were relevant to the job title, others were not. The interview was easy-going and non-threatening. More conversational. The trainer I met with on the shadowing day reported back to one of the interviewers.
