Entretien
Interviewing for a graphic designer role was a thorough experience. Started with a conversation with the recruiter about my background and interests. Then had a virtual interview focused on my portfolio and design approach, including how I handle feedback, solve visual problems, and communicate ideas.
Final round had several parts: detailed portfolio presentation, design critique session, and behavioral interviews about collaboration and adaptability.
